St Lukes hopital is located on Oaklands Drive just off Highfield road. St Lukes Radiation Onchology Network is the offical name. The hospital offers a number of cancer treatments including : Chemo Therapy, Brachy Therapy and Radioisotope Therapy. St Lukes hospital Rathgar was established in 1952 and have constanty had financial problems. In 1981 the Friends Of St Lukes orginisation was set up to help fund new equipment and find new treatment. In 1990 the hospital saw major upgrades of all of the facilities.
